Pride Health is hiring a

Physical Therapist

to support our client's healthcare facility in

Aberdeen, WA .

Job Details:

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm / 40 hrs/week

Location: Aberdeen, WA

Job Type: Contract

Contract Length: 3+ months

Pay Range: $50/hr - $56/hr

*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.

Duties

Perform Start of Care (SOC), Evaluations, Resumption of Care (ROC), and Recertifications

Provide ongoing therapy visits and reassess patient progress

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and function

Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and safety practices

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Ensure compliance with home health regulations and agency policies

Requirements

Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) required

License(s): Active Physical Therapist (PT) license (state-specific)

Certification(s): Current CPR certification

Years of experience: 1+ year
