Resume and Industrial Maintenance Experience Required
Annual salary range: $66,560 - $74,880
Shift:
Third (11 PM - 7:30 AM)
Education:
High School
Responsibilities
Locate and diagnose problems by observing mechanical and electrical devices, listening for issues, and using testing instruments.
Remove defective parts using hoists, cranes, hand/power tools; examine parts for form and texture.
Inspect used parts with measuring instruments to determine dimensional changes.
Adjust devices and control instruments using hand tools, levels, and plumb bobs.
Inform production workers of preventive maintenance techniques to control downtime.
Fabricate repair parts using machine shop instrumentation.
Maintain inventory levels and verify receipts.
Use resources efficiently to achieve job results.
Provide maintenance information and answer queries.
Prepare reports by analyzing information and trends.
Troubleshoot electrical (up to 480V) and mechanical malfunctions.
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
Maintain a safe and clean environment.
Document and communicate using SAP CMMS system.
Conduct root cause analysis.
Essential Functions

Manual lifting up to 50 lbs
