Overview
We are looking for outstanding individuals to join the nursing team as a Lead Advanced Certified Medication Aide (Lead A.C.M.A.). You will make a difference in the lives of residents by coordinating their medication administration and assisting with related schedules, reports and charts.

Responsibilities
Assisting the Health Care Director and Assistant Health Care Director with scheduling, reports, chart auditing and other duties as assigned
Assistance with Medications for all assigned residents
Documenting completed tasks such as: Daily shift report, resident records and negotiated service agreement
Confidentially communicating clearly to other staff, such as: Urgent needs for the next shift and all concerns to the Health Care Director
Demonstrating the ability to manage assigned tasks within the scheduled shift
Adhering to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines

Required: Certification for a Lead Advanced Certified Medication Aide (Lead ACMA) as required by state regulations
Required: Previous experience in a Certified Medication Aide/Med Tech role
