Responsibilities
Feeding, bathing, grooming & hygiene assistance
Help with transfers
Help clean up individual's part of the home
Interact with individual & taking individual out into the community to do things they enjoy
Help with all ADLs
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required.
1 year of experience working with individuals with special needs.
Must have valid Driver's License and car insurance to provide home and community services.
This is part-time, 20 hours per week. Mon - Fri 4 pm to 8 pm, alternating a Saturday or two per month.
