We are seeking dedicated Speech‑Language Pathologists to join our team, connecting local therapists with school districts.
Responsibilities
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students; develop and implement IEPs; collaborate with educators and families; and foster an inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates are knowledgeable in evidence‑based practices, with strong communication, organization, reliability, and teamwork skills. Essential skills include clinical assessment, intervention, data collection, and progress monitoring, along with effective collaboration, cultural competence, and professionalism. Applicants must hold a Missouri license.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay ranges from $50.00 to $55.00 per hour, with benefits such as continuing education credits and license reimbursement.
Work Environment
Work is in person, supporting student growth through a patient, creative, and student‑centered approach.
