Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make a difference this summer by supporting students at an Extended School Year (ESY) program in the greater Lansdale, PA area. This contract opportunity is ideal for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) with their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and PDE credentials who thrive working with school-aged children with moderate-to-severe needs. Please note: this position is open to SLPs only—SLP-CFs and SLPAs are not eligible. Key Qualifications:Active PA Speech-Language Pathology license and PDE credentialCertificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) requiredPrevious experience in a school or pediatric setting; experience with ESY programs a plusComfortable working with students exhibiting a range of needs, including moderate-to-severe behaviorsStrong communication, documentation, and collaboration skillsAbility to reliably commute to assigned school sites (must reside within 35 minutes)Commitment to attend all scheduled days and training sessionsMust not have worked with the client through another agency in the past year Responsibilities:Provide direct speech and language therapy to students based on IEP goalsCollaborate with classroom teachers and related service providers to support student progressMaintain accurate and timely records of therapy sessions and student progressAttend required trainings, orientation, and meetings as scheduled (June 24-25 setup & orientation; program runs June 29 – July 30)Remain flexible regarding site and classroom assignment based on student needs Benefits:Opportunity to gain valuable experience supporting a diverse student population within a collaborative teamMonday-Thursday schedule, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM, with reasonable commute expectationsSupportive onboarding and training This is an excellent contract assignment for SLPs seeking meaningful summer work in local school communities.
