Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make an impact supporting students’ success as a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) providing services to 5th–8th graders for the current school year and extended school year (ESY). This contract opportunity offers a rewarding role with approximately 26 students who present with lower needs and require primary speech and language support—no ASD population. Qualifications & Experience Desired:Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Active Pennsylvania SLP licensure. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP). Previous experience with school-aged children, preferably in grades 5–8. Knowledge of IEPs and school-based service delivery desired. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Ability to adjust to varying caseload needs and participate collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities & Duties:Deliver direct speech and language therapy to middle school students, following established goals and IEP requirements. Collaborate with educators and families to develop, implement, and monitor appropriate intervention strategies. Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and documentation tasks. Encourage student self-advocacy and confidence in communication skills. Organize and adapt sessions based on students’ needs across two days per week (16 hours) during the academic year, and 1–2 days weekly during ESY (8:30am–2:30pm).
