
Nurse Practitioner – IBCLC

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner - IBCLC to join our growing team in Washington County. This hybrid role offers a blend of in-person patient care and telehealth services, providing flexibility while maintaining meaningful community impact.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive lactation support and education to families
Conduct in-person clinical assessments and follow-up visits to the full scope of your NP license.
Deliver telehealth consultations and ongoing care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers as needed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Supervise notes for lactation consultants in our large group practice.
Provide clinical support to our group practice. Ordering labs and being a higher level of care as needed.
Qualifications
Licensed Nurse Practitioner in the state of practice
IBCLC certification preferred; must be willing to obtain IBCLC
Strong clinical assessment and patient education skills
Experience in maternal-child health preferred
Comfortable providing both in-person and telehealth services
Additional state licenses for NP practice preferred.
