Location:

DC, Maryland, Virginia (In-Person, Hybrid, or Remote)

Position Type:

1099 contract role with potential W-2 conversion contingent upon performance

Compensation:

Competitive, 105,000 - 125,000/year

Overview
Join CapitolHill Consortium for Counseling & Consultation LLC (CCCC), a growing multidisciplinary practice dedicated to accessible, high-quality, and culturally responsive care across the DMV region.

Key Responsibilities

Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy to clients of all ages.

Administer psychological testing and interpret results.

Deliver services via in-person and telehealth modalities.

Utilize supportive administrative resources for scheduling, billing, and insurance to focus on clinical work.

Position Requirements

Independent licensure in Virginia or Maryland (Washington, D.C. licensure preferred).

3–5 years of clinical experience.

Commitment to high-quality, compassionate mental health care.

Local availability.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with diverse clientele.

Availability during after-school hours, evenings, or weekends.

Willingness to work a hybrid schedule.
