Now Hiring: Licensed Social Worker, Psychologist, Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist
Locations: DC, Maryland, Virginia (In-Person, Hybrid or Remote)
Part-Time and Full-time Clinicians
CCCC is committed to professional growth through supervision and peer consultation in a collaborative clinical community. We provide opportunities for clinicians to serve as field faculty for psychology externs, interns, and postdoctoral residents, and participants in a post‑master’s professional development program for social work and counseling professionals. Our psychology internship program is accredited by the American Psychological Association.
We offer flexible part‑time and full‑time licensed therapist opportunities in one or more of our Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia offices and/or remotely from home to align with your professional goals and lifestyle. Our skilled administrative staff handle scheduling and billing, allowing you to focus on delivering top‑tier care.
In addition to therapy, testing, and training, we offer community engagement activities, client workshops, corporate consultation, holistic wellness retreats, and opportunities for managerial roles. Innovation, growth, and freedom are core values at CCCC.
Seamless Insurance Processing
We streamline insurance acceptance and billing to maximize reimbursement rates. We accept both public and private insurance, negotiating contract rates on your behalf.

Requirements
Candidates must be licensed in Washington D.C., Virginia or Maryland. Licensure in Washington, D.C. is preferred, with priority given to clinicians licensed across all jurisdictions.

Experience working with a range of diverse clientele.
Availability during after-school hours, evenings, or weekends.
Willingness to work a hybrid schedule (some in-person availability preferred).
Benefits
Initial Part‑Time Status: Clinicians start as part‑time 1099 contractors.
Client Caseload: Full‑time clinicians typically see 25 to 30 clients a week, while part‑time clinicians see a minimum of 10 clients a week.
Path to Full‑Time and W2 Status: We provide a structured path to help you transition from part‑time to full‑time and shift to W2 status.
