Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following credentials and attributes:
Education: A Master's degree or higher in a core mental health field such as Counseling, Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
License Status: Current and unrestricted license to practice independently in the state (e.g., Licensed Clinical Social Worker [LCSW/LICSW], Licensed Mental Health Counselor [LMHC], or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist [LMFT]). Consideration will be given to newly graduated, provisionally licensed therapists (e.g., Associate License) who have demonstrated extensive, relevant field experience during their training.
Experience: A minimum of 1–2 years of post‑licensure or post‑graduate supervised experience as a mental health therapist is strongly preferred. Experience in a private practice or outpatient setting is a significant asset.
Professional Skills and Competencies

Communication: Exceptional verbal, non‑verbal, and written communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering a strong therapeutic alliance with patients and collaborating effectively with colleagues.
Organization and Time Management: A high level of organization, attention to detail, and proficiency in managing a patient caseload, scheduling, and documentation deadlines.
Autonomy and Professionalism: Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise strong clinical judgment, and operate ethically and professionally within a private practice setting with minimal direct oversight.
Technology Proficiency: Comfort and competency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and secure telehealth platforms.
