We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Client Recovery Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. Duties

Engage with clients to assess their needs and develop personalized recovery plans that promote mental health and behavioral stability

Provide crisis management and intervention support during urgent situations, ensuring client safety and stabilization

Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to encourage positive behavioral changes and reinforce recovery goals

Offer mentorship and behavioral health counseling to foster resilience, self-efficacy, and emotional well‑being

Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans within electronic health record (EHR) systems

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including social workers, addiction counselors, and healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care

Support clients in navigating community resources, treatment programs, and social services to enhance their recovery journey

Experience

Proven experience in crisis intervention and crisis management within behavioral health or social services settings

Strong background in mental health counseling, addiction counseling, or related behavioral health fields

Familiarity with social work principles and practices aimed at supporting vulnerable populations

Skilled in motivational interviewing techniques to facilitate client engagement and behavior change

Experience working with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and case management

Knowledge of crisis intervention protocols, mental health assessments, and safety planning strategies

Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse populations
