Overview
Vibra Hospital of Northern California is a 50‑bed critical care hospital and a 32‑bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in Redding, CA. We are hiring Full Time Registered Nurses for daytime shifts.

Position includes a $10,000 bonus opportunity and a Clinical Career Ladder with opportunities for pay increases after successful completion of Novice, Intermediate, Advanced, and Expert levels.

Responsibilities
The RN develops, implements, evaluates, and revises a plan of care for assigned patients and families while promoting the mission and values of Vibra Healthcare. The RN provides direct care and delegates and supervises all nursing care in accordance with the applicable Nurse Practice Act. Responsibilities include demonstrating clinical competence; managing patient care; improving quality of care; establishing professional relationships; utilizing professional skills; fulfilling responsibilities of the hospital; and developing clinical expertise per specialty.

Required Skills

Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.

Current BLS certification from a Vibra‑approved vendor.

Current ACLS certification from a Vibra‑approved vendor required within six (6) months of hire.

Additional Qualifications

Previous acute care experience preferred.

Ability to project a professional image.

Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.

Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.

Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.

Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.

Freedom from illegal use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.

Compensation
The wage range for this role is $41.00 to $64.56 per hour, depending on experience, education, licensure, and other factors.

Shift Differentials
Weekday night shift differential: $5.00 per hour. Weekend night shift differential: $6.50 per hour. LVN/RN may also be eligible for the NOC & weekend day differentials ranging from $3.00 to $6.50 per hour, depending on the date/time worked.
