Stretch Practitioner

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Stretch Practitioner based in Kerrville, TX. The Stretch Practitioner will perform one-on-one assisted stretching using Stretch Zone’s proprietary methods and equipment. Responsibilities include maintaining client documentation, conducting assessments, providing personalized stretch sessions, and educating members on the benefits of assisted stretching. The practitioner will also ensure a welcoming studio environment, uphold customer service standards, and support studio operations as needed.

Qualifications

Hands-on skills in physical wellness techniques, including stretching and basic anatomy knowledge

Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients

Ability to provide clear guidance and educate clients on wellness practices

Physical fitness, with the ability to perform assisted stretching techniques and lift up to 50 pounds

Certification in fitness, physical therapy assistance, or related fields is preferred but not required

Previous experience in the fitness, health, or wellness industries is a plusCommitment to providing an exceptional member experience and contributing to a positive team culture
