Responsibilities of LPNs (Licensed Practical Nurse)
Provide direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, performing wound care, and assisting with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the RN or physician
Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and services
