Licensed Massage Therapist – Scalp Spa / Thai Bodywork

Spa Eves is a premium scalp spa and massage studio focused on high-quality, results-driven treatments — not a high-volume chain environment.
We are looking for a skilled massage therapist who takes pride in their work, values client experience, and is motivated to grow in a professional, structured environment.
Join a specialized spa blending Eastern and Western therapeutic techniques, with a focus on stress relief, scalp health, and full-body restoration through our signature Kungfu-Thai bodywork and scalp spa treatments.
Key Responsibilities
Perform therapeutic massage (deep tissue, relaxation, Thai-inspired techniques)
Deliver signature scalp spa treatments (training provided)
Customize treatments based on client needs and long-term wellness goals
Build strong client relationships to drive rebooking and retention
Maintain strong rebooking rates and contribute to client retention
Educate clients on aftercare, scalp health, and wellness practices
Recommend services, memberships, and enhancements aligned with client goals
Maintain treatment room cleanliness and professional standards
Collaborate with team to deliver a seamless, high-end client experience
Qualifications
Active Texas Massage Therapy License (required)
1+ year experience preferred (strong new graduates considered)
Strong technique, body mechanics, and pressure control
Excellent communication and client care skills
Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
Available evenings and/or weekends
Preferred (Not Required)
Thai massage or Eastern modality experience
Interest in scalp health, hair growth, or holistic wellness
Experience with client retention, rebooking, or membership-based models

Compensation & Growth
$30–$45+ per hour total earnings (based on experience, performance, and client retention)
