Role Description
We are seeking a
licensed and skilled Massage Therapist
to join our team at Elements of Touch Wellness Spa in Estes Park, CO. This is a part-time full time on-site role that involves providing therapeutic and customized massage treatments to clients. Responsibilities include tailoring massage therapy sessions to client needs, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment, and maintaining high standards of professionalism and cleanliness. You will also collaborate closely with our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
This is a Independent Contractor position where you craft your own hours- work from 2-5 days a week and get paid by treatment- Base pay starts at $48 hourly with certain treatments offering $55 hourly. Pay is 43% of most treatments and tips. Training for spa treatments on site.
Qualifications
Proficient in Therapeutic Massage and Body Massage techniques
Experience with Deep tissue/ medical approach and Stress Management approaches
Strong Customer Service skills with a client-centered approach
Must hold a valid and current massage therapy license in the state of Colorado
Ability to collaborate with other professionals and maintain a positive work environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Experience in various spa therapies is a plus
