Direct Care Professionals – Full Time Overnights
Schedule:
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday 11pm‑9am
Compensation:
$20.00 / hour, $21.00 / hour after one year of benefit‑eligible employment
No experience needed.

Compassionate and enjoy making a difference in someone’s life
High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
Qualifying criminal background check and driving record
Valid driver’s license; use of personal vehicle
TB screening and physical required upon hire and TB update every two years
Job Responsibilities
You will be part of a team supporting adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program. Direct care professionals provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine that includes:
Individual community outings
Meal preparation
Assistance with activities of daily living
Personal care
Medical appointments
Medication distribution
Community Outings
Community outings allow individuals to integrate into the community and enjoy activities that interest them. Examples include:
The movies
Shopping
Going to dinnerBaseball game
Bowling
Other Information
Candidates with an interest in CNA, PCA, and HHA type work are encouraged to apply. Students in human services, psychology, and sociology programs are also encouraged.
