Assist patients with weight loss consultations and program enrollment.
Conduct health assessments and track patient progress.
Provide education on nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle changes.
Manage patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Coordinate with medical staff to deliver tailored care plans.
Support patients in setting and achieving their weight loss goals.
Schedule appointments and follow-up visits to maintain patient engagement.
Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for patients.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Medical Assistant preferred.
Experience in a medical office or weight loss clinic is a plus.
Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of nutrition and fitness principles is advantageous.
Proficient in using e Clinical works EMR system.
Team player with a passion for helping others achieve their health goals.
Must be reliable, punctual, and maintain a professional appearance.
