REAL Weight Loss & Wellness is seeking a skilled and patient-focused
Medical Assistant (CMA)
to join our concierge-style primary care team.
This role is central to delivering high-touch, relationship-driven care. The Medical Assistant will support advanced clinical responsibilities including patient intake, triage, phlebotomy, EKGs, and point-of-care testing, while ensuring a seamless and personalized patient experience.
The ideal candidate brings strong clinical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional patient care. A key aspect of this role includes conducting follow-up calls for labs, visits, and care plans to support continuity and quality of care.
Qualifications
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or certification eligible
Experience in phlebotomy, EKGs, and patient triage
BLS certification (or within 30 days of hire)
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Proficiency in EHR systems
