What our HVAC Technicians do?
Our technicians go into clients' homes to help solve their HVAC problems. They troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and cooling systems, as well as complete assigned preventative maintenance.
What we offer
Competitive Compensation
With our tools, resources and training, technicians can earn over $48 per hour. We offer a competitive base salary and bonus program that rewards hard work and customer service; best technicians can earn over $100,000 per year. Top candidates may be eligible for a sign‑on bonus of up to $10,000. Two weeks paid time off for all new hires.
Consistency
We offer consistent and reliable full‑time year‑round work with multiple shift opportunities. Flexible days of the week and 4‑10 shifts available.

Requirements
Experience as an HVAC Service Technician
Relevant licenses and certifications
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Clean and neat appearance
Strong customer service and communication skills

Salary: $30 - $50 per hour
