Overview
ERS Elite is hiring
Welders
to support high-volume manufacturing operations for a leading transportation equipment manufacturer. This role is responsible for performing
MIG welding and fabrication
on structural steel and aluminum components used in trailer production. This is a direct-hire opportunity with long-term career growth in a modern manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Perform MIG welding (GMAW) on steel and/or aluminum components
Weld structural assemblies including frames, crossmembers, and panels
Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions
Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
Inspect welds for quality, penetration, and compliance with specifications
Use hand tools, grinders, and fabrication equipment to prepare materials
Maintain production pace while meeting quality standards
Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements

Qualifications
1+ years of welding experience in manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments
Experience with MIG welding (GMAW) required; aluminum welding a plus
Ability to pass a hands-on weld test (fillet and/or groove welds)
Familiarity with production environments and quality standards
