As a Multi‑Axis CNC Mill‑Turn Setup Operator, you’ll join a high‑performance team that values quality, speed, and continuous growth. We’re hiring for 1st and 2nd shift and offer competitive pay, weekly payroll, and clear advancement paths.
What Your Day Looks Like
Prepare and set up multi‑axis mill‑turns and vertical/horizontal machining centers for production.
Load fixtures and blanks (or transfer in‑process parts) according to the job router and part‑specific operations.
Verify dimensions using precision metrology—micrometers, calipers, indicators, and other hand tools—to ensure features meet spec.
Track production, quality checks, and scrap on the router throughout your shift.
Monitor coolant and oil levels to keep machines running at peak performance.
Stop and escalate to your supervisor if a machine faults or dimensions drift outside tolerance.
What You Bring
Hands‑on CNC machining background in turning or milling.
Ability to read and apply GD&T.
Confidence with measurement tools and hand metrology.
Experience working with Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Brass, and Plastics.
Optical industry exposure is a plus, not a requirement.
