Hourly Rate: $28–$32/hour
Annual Performance Bonus Eligible
Schedule: 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM), Monday–Friday, Overtime Available
Weekly Hours: Full-time

Position Overview
This is a Direct Hire Opportunity. As a Machinist II (Mill), you will operate and set up CNC milling machines, including 3‑axis and 5‑axis CNC mills, to produce precision aerospace components. You will be responsible for machine setup, program adjustments, inspection, and ensuring all parts meet blueprint and quality specifications. This role requires 5+ years of CNC milling experience and the ability to work independently in a cellular manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC milling machines and related equipment
Work with 3‑axis and 5‑axis CNC mill machines
Make program edits and adjustments to ensure part accuracy
Operate multiple machines in a cellular production environment
Interpret blueprints, sketches, and work orders
Apply proper feeds, speeds, and tooling selection
Inspect parts to ensure dimensional and quality compliance
Maintain accurate production records (counts, scrap, time, etc.)
Perform routine machine maintenance and coolant system upkeep
Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow safety standards
Assist and support less experienced operators as needed
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 5 years CNC machining (milling experience required)
Experience with 3‑axis and 5‑axis CNC machines
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Must comply with ITAR/EAR regulations
