Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Mechanic role based in Baton Rouge, LA. The Mechanic will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, conducting preventive maintenance checks, diagnosing mechanical issues, and completing repairs on heavy equipment and company vehicles. The individual will troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and ensure all machinery and tools are in optimal working condition, contributing to the company's operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair practices
Experience working with Heavy Equipment, including handling and operations
Strong Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve mechanical issues effectively
Ability to work hands-on in an industrial or mechanical environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in mechanics is a plus
Valid driver’s license and ability to adhere to safety standards
Previous experience in a similar industrial or logistics role is preferred
