About You
Basic hand tools proficiency
Ability to read a tape measure
Hard‑working, goal‑oriented, reliable, punctual
Own and drive a vehicle to project sites
Open to overnight travel to surrounding states
Ability to multitask and work in varied temperature environments
Capable of carrying up to 80 lbs repeatedly
Previous construction or concrete crew experience is a plus
Primary Responsibilities
Break open bags of gypcrete and pour into a mixer
Set up hose for pouring and connect to mixer
Operate bobcat to move sand into mixer
Finish the poured gypcrete floor
Carry supplies onto job sites
Pickup or deliver supplies as needed
Assist other crew members
Use small tools and perform basic equipment repair
