Aerotek is hiring a Soldering Technician in Tampa, FL!
Join our team as a Soldering Technician, where you will work in a structured schedule and contribute to the assembly and maintenance of electronic components. You will work on a 9/80 schedule, enjoying every other Friday off. We offer flexibility with first and second shift options, with a 15% shift premium for those who choose the second shift.
Responsibilities
Perform soldering and assembly of printed circuit boards (PCBs) using a microscope.
Conduct electronic assembly and wiring as required.
Maintain quality and precision in soldering tasks, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Participate in classroom training sessions to enhance soldering skills and techniques.
Undergo an onsite interview including a solder workmanship test to assess soldering capabilities.
Essential Skills
Experience with PCB soldering.
Ability to solder and work under a microscope daily.
Basic computer skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
US citizenship.
