Overview

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel job in Ashland, Oregon.
Responsibilities

The travel therapist provides outpatient physical therapy services to patients in assigned clinics, collaborates with the care team, and supports patient recovery and functional goals in accordance with licensed practice guidelines. (Note: Specific responsibilities are determined by the client site and program needs.)
Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Active Oregon Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Outpatient experience preferred. Candidates with 0-3 years of relevant outpatient experience will be considered as Level 1. Candidates with greater than 3 years of relevant outpatient experience will be considered as Level 2.
Ability to treat a general outpatient population.
Willingness to float or split time among clinic locations as needed.
New graduates and first-time travelers will be considered.
OT (overtime) must be approved by the director before working additional hours. Guaranteed 36 hours per week with expectation to work up to 40 hours.
PT Assistants (PTA) may be accepted for certain roles; this is a client preference.
