
IT Project Manager-Healthcare

What You’ll Do:
Lead IT projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring success across scope, schedule, budget, and quality
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
Maintain clear, accurate project documentation (charters, budgets, risk logs, status reports) to provide transparency to leadership
Partner with internal councils and stakeholders to align projects with strategic priorities
Drive project intake, prioritization, and governance processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across IT and business units to ensure successful delivery
Serve as the primary point of contact for project communication, providing regular updates to leadership and stakeholders
Build strong relationships with sponsors and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
5+ years of IT project management experience (healthcare experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
Experience with IT service management processes (incident, problem, and change management)
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
