Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Program Manager
to lead multiple high-impact initiatives within a structured, fast-paced delivery environment. This role requires strong expertise in managing complex programs, driving execution across cross-functional teams, and adhering to rigorous project governance standards using the
120VC Project Management toolkit .
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple concurrent projects within a broader program portfolio, ensuring successful delivery from initiation through closure
Apply and adhere to the
120VC Project Management methodology , including governance standards, reporting, and execution discipline
Lead project initiation activities, including requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, and project charter development
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource allocations, communication plans, and timelines
Drive project execution, proactively managing risks, issues, dependencies, and overall project health
Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and leadership, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and timely decision-making
Produce and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily status reports (DSRs), weekly updates, and financial tracking
Monitor project budgets, timelines, and performance metrics, providing regular updates to leadership
Build strong relationships with internal teams, executives, and external partners
Ensure all deliverables meet governance, compliance, and quality standards
Lead project closure activities, including final audits, documentation, and handoff
Qualifications
5+ years of
program management experience
(beyond project management)
Proven ability to manage
multiple complex projects simultaneously
with successful outcomes
PMP certification and/or strong knowledge of PMI methodologies preferred
Experience working within structured PM frameworks (experience with
120VC is a strong plus )
Proficiency in
Microsoft Project
and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly structured, and accountable environment
Bachelor’s degree preferred
