RN Supervisor Weekend Warrior
Shift: Part‑time, weekends (7 AM – 7:30 PM or 7 PM – 7:30 AM)
Rate: $38.00–$39.00 per hour (depending on experience) plus an additional 13.5 paid hours after completing the weekend requirement.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure high quality resident care.
Oversee resident care plans, medication administration, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident well‑being and facility goals.
Resolve clinical and staffing concerns promptly and effectively.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with documentation standards.
Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Prior leadership or supervisory experience in skilled nursing or long‑term care (preferred).
Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
Ability to manage and inspire a team in a fast‑paced environment.
