Centerville Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Night Shift Weekend Warrior Supervisor. This full-time role is perfect for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to supporting both residents and staff during weekend night shifts.**Key Responsibilities:*** Supervise and support nursing staff throughout weekend night shifts* Ensure high-quality, resident-centered care is consistently delivered* Respond promptly to resident and staff needs* Coordinate workflow and delegate assignments effectively* Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies* Communicate clearly with interdisciplinary teams and leadership* Manage emergencies and make sound clinical decisions* Complete all assigned duties accurately and efficiently**Qualifications:*** Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)* Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred* Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills* Excellent communication and organizational abilities* Ability to work independently and as part of a team**What We Offer:*** Competitive pay based on experience* Shift differential* Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision)* Paid time off and holiday pay* Retirement plan options* Supportive team environment**What We’re Looking For:**
