Passing medications and treatments with confidence and accuracy
Keeping a close eye on residents and responding quickly to any changes
Documenting care clearly and thoroughly

Being a steady, reassuring presence throughout the night
What You Bring to the Table:
Active RN or LPN license (in good standing)
Experience in long‑term care is a plus, but not required
Strong clinical skills and sound judgment
Independence, reliability, and a calm approach under pressure
A genuine passion for helping others
