Key Responsibilities
Deliver quality nursing care to patients, ensuring they attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well‑being in accordance with laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
Monitor and report changes in patients’ condition.
Assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements
Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
Currently licensed/registered in the applicable state; must maintain an active LPN/LVN license in good standing throughout employment.
Preferred: 1 year of skilled nursing experience.
CPR certification upon hire (must remain current during employment).
