
Licensed Mental Health Therapist for Children

Job Summary
We are seeking professional and caring Child Outpatient Therapists to join our team! If you are a clinician passionate about providing high-quality care and mental health solutions, we want to hear from you. While some work may be offered remotely, we are looking for individuals who can provide a portion of their hours in one of our office locations. Clinician must hold a PA clinical license.
Responsibilities
Provide weekly individual, family, or couples therapy
Create individualized treatment plans for each client
Implement evidence-based therapeutic treatment approaches
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
Qualifications
Must be a Pennsylvania Licensed Clinical Psychologist, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
Outpatient therapy experience (preferably 3+ years) working with adults, children, or adolescents, providing individual, group, family and/or couples therapy
Proven experience delivering high quality outpatient clinical services
Passion, dedication, and a true desire to provide valuable services to clients
Ability to provide at least 1/2 the service hours in one of our office locations
Ability to provide a minimum of 15 hours per week, some of which must be afternoon and evening hours and in-person
Locations and Schedule
Looking for someone to provide in-person services in beautifully appointed, conveniently located private practice offices in Haverford, Lafayette Hill or Berwyn. Can also provide some telehealth (remote) services. Flexible work from home options available.
Compensation and Benefits
1099 options - one of the highest rates of fee-for-service payment for each client that you provide direct care service to
W2 options - Payment is a per client rate; if you see at least 25 clients per week you are eligible for benefits (Health, PTO, 401K, etc.)
We accept most insurances and offer a sliding scale fee to those in need
Administrative, billing, insurance credentialing, and clinical support are provided so you can focus on providing the best therapy service to clients
