Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high‑quality care that truly impacts our patients' well‑being and recovery. Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. You’ll collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
Follow the nursing process which includes assess, plan, implement, and evaluate.
Assessment – systematically collect and analyze healthcare consumer data including psychological, physiological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic and lifestyle factors.
Plan – set measurable and achievable short‑ and long‑term goals according to standards of care based on the assessment by the nurse in collaboration with the healthcare consumer and multidisciplinary team.
Implement – modify the plan of care using assessment data, clinical reasoning based upon standards of care and evidence‑based practice. This includes care coordination, education and discharge planning. The nurse is accountable for the care directly, indirectly or through delegation, and must follow professional and legal standards for delegation.
Evaluate – systematically evaluate progress toward identified healthcare consumer goals, revising the plan of care when needed with the healthcare consumer and multidisciplinary team.
Document all phases of the nursing process in the healthcare consumer’s record.
Job Requirements
Graduate of an RN nursing program, upon hire.
Registered Nurse: NE, upon hire.
Basic Life Support – CPR, upon hire.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 5 months.

Pay Range
$36.00 – $52.20 /hour
