MAINTENANCE TECHNICAN

Maintenance Technician – General Facilities & Grounds for Farm and Forge Club.
Responsibilities
Report to the Facilities Manager and ensure all spaces are safe, clean, and fully functional for members and guests.
Perform general maintenance: basic plumbing, lighting, fixture, and hardware repairs.
Support tennis court maintenance (including clay courts), clear debris, and manage seasonal needs for sidewalks and turf.
Assist with event setup and breakdown, and maintain locker rooms and open spaces.
Operate utility vehicles and power tools; conduct HVAC inspections and replace filters as needed.
Conduct routine inspections, follow safety standards, and track completed work.
Qualifications
2+ years of hands‑on maintenance or general labor experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of building systems; ability to work from ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.
Valid driver’s license; EPA 608 or TN HVAC mechanical licensure highly preferred.
Ability to work independently and remain available for occasional after‑hours emergency needs.
Compensation
Level I (Entry/ Developing): $21.50 - $23.00/hr
Level II (Experienced/Independent): $23.50 - $26.50/hr
Level III (Senior/Lead-Capable): $27.00 - $29.00/hr
Salary: $41,600 - $62,400 per year. Shift: First. Work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM. Education: High School.
