Schedule
8‑hour Day Shift, approximately 36 to 40 hours per week; overtime must be pre‑approved by the director.
Responsibilities
Evaluate and assess patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress.
Document patient care and maintain accurate records as per compliance standards.
Collaborate with a multi‑disciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Handle a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week, seeing 12‑14 patients per day.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of patient care strategies.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Must hold a valid Single‑State Colorado Physical Therapist License or provide confirmation of application.
Outpatient experience preferred, but new graduates and first‑time travelers are welcome to apply.
