We’re hiring an HR & Site Operations Coordinator based in Glendale, CA. This is a long-term contract opportunity with potential for conversion to a direct role.

Key Responsibilities
HR Support & Compliance

Assist with payroll accuracy, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Coordinate and support new hire onboarding and orientation programs.

Support leaves of absence and benefits inquiries.

Support HR audits and reporting requirements.

Purchasing & Procurement

Handle purchasing and procurement for site departments.

Purchase supplies for Production, Planning, Packaging, Warehouse, and Receiving departments.

Enter purchase orders into Ariba and ensure timely follow-up and liaison with vendors and corporate buyers.

Support SAP/Ariba queries from site personnel and assist with purchases.

Production & Site Coordination

Coordinate the logistics for site events, including team-building activities, training sessions, and other departmental events.

Organize birthday celebrations and other special events for employees.

Maintain inventory and support general site needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

2+ years of HR support experience combined with strong administrative skills.

Experience with procurement systems such as SAP or Ariba.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
