$88,000 – $132,000 per year

Responsibilities

Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to gather SCM requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design scalable solutions.

Configure D365 F&O SCM modules including Product Information Management, Purchase Orders, Inventory Journals, Warehouse Management (WMS), Quality Management, and Production Orders.

Lead data migration activities for master data such as items, vendors, and locations using Data Management Framework (DMF).

Configure multi-site SCM environments supporting US and India operational requirements.

Implement integrations with third-party logistics (3PL), shipping carriers, and financial systems.

Ensure financial postings for procure-to-pay processes and inventory valuation aligned with US GAAP and statutory compliance.

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover planning, and hypercare support during go-live phases.

Collaborate with technical architects to design extensions and participate in pre-sales demos, RFP responses, and process optimization initiatives.

Mentor junior consultants and contribute to SCM implementation best practices and reusable templates.

Required Experience

8–10 years of ERP or supply chain consulting experience.

5+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O SCM / AX.

Experience delivering 3+ full lifecycle D365 F&O implementations.

Experience with USA and India implementations, localization, and multi-warehouse environments.

Strong expertise in high-volume supply chain operations such as Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) or advanced WMS.

Required Skills

Deep knowledge of D365 SCM modules including:

Inventory Management

Warehouse Management (WMS)

Procurement & Purchasing

Production Control

Quality Management

Material Requirements Planning (MRP)

Experience with release strategies, picking/packing processes, cycle counting, and warehouse automation.

Strong business process mapping skills using Visio or BPMN.

Experience building supply chain analytics using Power BI.

Excellent communication skills for stakeholder workshops and documentation.

Education & Certifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

Microsoft certifications preferred:

MB-330: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management

MB-300: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Core Finance and Operations

Behavioural Competencies

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset focused on maximizing out-of-the-box (OOTB) functionality.

Ability to collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones.
