Title: D365 Supply Chain Business Analyst

Compensation: $110,000 – $140,000

Work Environment: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)

Location: Vernon Hills, IL

Responsibilities

• Partner with supply chain stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.


• Translate operational needs into functional solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.


• Identify and support process automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.


• Provide functional support, troubleshooting, and configuration assistance for D365 SCM users.


• Support system testing, deployments, upgrades, and user acceptance testing (UAT).


• Evaluate new D365 SCM features and recommend enhancements aligned to business goals.


• Develop and maintain functional documentation, process flows, and training materials.


• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, operations, and leadership to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.


• 3–5+ years of experience supporting ERP systems in a Business Analyst or similar role.


• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain is required.


• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, workflows, and KPIs.


• Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) preferred.


• Proven ability to gather requirements, support system enhancements, and drive process improvements.
