Title: D365 Warehouse Optimization Analyst

Compensation: $85,000 – $95,000

Work Environment: Onsite

Location: Vernon Hills, IL

Responsibilities

• Configure, optimize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Warehouse Management to improve warehouse efficiency.


• Partner with warehouse leadership, IT, analysts, and vendors to design and deploy system-driven process improvements.


• Own functional configuration support and resolve warehouse technology and WMS-related issues.


• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) for D365 Advanced Warehousing and integrated warehouse technologies.


• Support and improve WCS and related warehouse system integrations.


• Deliver end-user training and system documentation to support adoption and proficiency.


• Identify continuous improvement opportunities across warehouse technology, workflows, and automation.


• Manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced distribution environment while prioritizing operational impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.


• 3+ years of experience supporting warehouse systems or supply chain technology.


• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Advanced Warehouse Management is required.


• Experience working with WCS or other warehouse automation technologies.


• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and distribution processes.


• Proven troubleshooting, configuration, and issue-resolution experience.
