Sr. Manager Product Management

Reporting to the Director of Product Management, the Sr Manager, Product Manager will develop plans to expand our high‑net‑worth (HNW) lending capabilities, establish strategic direction for delivery of these products, and work closely with internal and external partners to provide analysis, insight, and high‑impact contributions across a range of high‑stakes strategic deliverables.

Responsibilities

Structure and lead initiatives to enhance existing service models or lending products to better meet HNW client borrowing needs and serve as a key stakeholder or collaborator for business partners across the firm

Deliver data‑driven insights and recommendations to support strategic direction and business prioritization focused on existing or new product delivery

Perform regular and ad‑hoc quantitative and qualitative analyses across and within CSB, as required by specific projects

Develop and deliver presentations for senior and executive leadership to socialize product concepts, strategies, results, and programs

Lead cross‑channel initiatives to increase efficiency and improve the client experience

Perform competitive analysis and evaluate industry trends to align our strategic goals with the HNW marketplace and expanded product capabilities

Build product roadmaps and activate plans in partnership with legal, compliance, technology, client experience and other key stakeholders

Manage and update lending product agreements, client communications or other resources in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Partner with third‑party vendors to deliver product capabilities and enhancements

Create technology business requirements in partnership with key stakeholders and oversee technology developments through testing and domain releases

Identify and track key metrics or SLAs for product experience and effectiveness

Uncover opportunities to enhance the end‑to‑end lending or client experience based on business partner, client, advisor or internal representative feedback

Provide product development support as we expand HNW lending offers

Qualifications

7+ years experience in banking and lending, mortgage, securities‑based lending, or product development (preferred)

Thorough understanding of HNW client banking needs and breadth of industry knowledge across wealth management offerings

Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to develop concise and effective communications tailored to targeted audiences

Highly skilled in creating executive‑level presentations, job aids and educational content in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Ability to think strategically and translate ideas or concepts into actionable plans and roadmaps

Project management skills with the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities to completion

Highly client‑oriented with demonstrated leadership, relationship‑building, collaboration, and sales skills

Ability to lead cross‑functional teams, work efficiently in a matrixed environment and synthesize diverse points of view into well‑formulated recommendations and plans

Strong analytical and conceptual skills; ability to gather data and use it to develop logical and well‑conceived solutions or process enhancements

Ability to communicate effectively and build strong partnerships with colleagues and leaders across the organization

Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision

Results oriented with the ability to take initiative and effectively distill strategy, analytics, and other inputs to drive decisions and execution

Ability to frame issues and needs from the client’s perspective; possess a natural bias to conceptualize solutions based on a keen understanding of client needs and client experience

Bachelor’s degree required
