Responsibilities
Lead the team that delivers person-centered care and services in a residential setting to fulfill our purpose.
Be a resource for colleagues, people we support, and families in the home when local leadership cannot resolve an issue.
Partner with operational leaders, human resources, quality, and nursing to welcome, onboard, train and mentor new leaders, and identify additional training and development needs as part of Quarterly Connections.
Maintain a focus on metrics and budget to positively support area and state business results.
Demonstrate positive leadership behaviors and lead by example.
Bring recommendations forward related to quality and process improvements to enhance standard operating procedures.

As a leader of teams and individuals who lead others, ensures a culture that aligns the passion and talents of others to serve the people we support by actively developing others, empowering teams, promoting collaboration, removing barriers, achieving results, showing recognition and appreciation to attract and retain diverse talent.

In partnership with operational leaders, human resources, quality, and nursing: welcomes, onboards, and trains and mentors new leaders joining the team and identifies additional training and development needs for programs and leaders’ teams as part of Quarterly Connections.

Qualifications
Two to three years of previous experience in a similar work position, volunteer/community role, or educational setting that focuses on serving and helping others. Two to three years of previous leadership experience.
Bachelor’s degree preferred
