What You’ll Do:

Team Leadership: Manage and support the Sales Support Associates and jewelers, ensuring a collaborative and high‑performing team environment.

Workshop Oversight: Oversee the operations of the jewelry workshop, ensuring the jewelers have the tools and resources needed for precision craftsmanship.

Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, manage stock levels, and ensure optimal organization of all products.

Ordering and Vendor Relations: Handle purchasing and restocking of inventory, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Reporting: Prepare and analyze reports on sales, inventory, and operational performance, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.

Operational Excellence: Ensure the store runs smoothly by managing daily operational tasks and upholding the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven leadership experience in retail operations (fine jewelry experience preferred but not required).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Proficiency with inventory management systems and basic reporting tools.

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak seasons.
