Job Responsibilities
Authorized to sign Engineering GMP documents, breakdown maintenance memo, preventive maintenance check list and history card
Responsible for break downs and maintenance of Parenteral Process equipment
Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) as per schedule and update PM check list and history card
Effective coordination with inter departments (QA, Production)
Handling modification related activity
Project work related to upgradation of systems and equipment
Handling modification related activity
Ensure GMP documents are maintained as per SOP
