Job Description
Day to Day:
The Safety Manager’s day-to-day involves a strong focus on technical writing, including reviewing existing safety documents such as site-specific safety plans, program policies, and training content such videos, documents, PowerPoints, etc. Safety Manager works in office to prepare safety documents, policies, and procedures. They work remotely, handling administrative tasks such as emails, paperwork, and documentation updates to maintain safety standards across projects.
PRIMARY DUTIES
Reviewing safety documents
Collaborate with site supervisors and teams to address safety concerns.
Handle emails, paperwork, and administrative tasks when working remotely.
Maintain accurate safety documentation
Write safety policies and procedures

Skills and Requirements
Must Haves
Familiarity with OSHA standards
2 - 3 years of experience with construction safety - residential and or commercial building construction
Technical writing experience
Experience reviewing and editing safety documents
Plusses
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety
CSP License
