Overview
Product Compliance Analyst (P&C Insurance)

Responsibilities
Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact on products
Update and maintain policy forms, rates, and rules
Support rate filings in partnership with actuarial
Ensure compliance with state filing requirements (SERFF preferred)
Participate in product testing and audits
Serve as a subject matter expert and support team training
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
Qualifications
3+ years of Property & Casualty insurance experience
Experience with state-level product filings (personal and/or commercial lines)
Strong ability to interpret regulatory language
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
CPCU or similar designation preferred
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $83,100 – $114,290 (based on experience)
401(k) with 100% match on first 6%
