Job Summary
We are seeking a System Integration Specialist to support client integrations and operational process design within a logistics and fulfillment environment. This role focuses on translating client requirements into efficient workflows across warehouse, order management, and transportation systems while ensuring smooth onboarding and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead process design and implementation for new client integrations
Translate business requirements into system workflows, configurations, and SOPs
Support system mappings, data flows, and integrations (EDI/API) with IT teams
Document end-to-end processes including order intake, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, returns, and billing
Support UAT, go-live readiness, and post-implementation stabilization
Act as a liaison between clients, operations, and technical teams
Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
Strong understanding of warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment operations
Experience translating business requirements into system/process solutions
Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
