PMO Governance, Risk, & Compliance Analyst
Hybrid: Detroit, MI (onsite 3 days/week)

Long-term Contract (W2)

$35.00 – 40.00/hour (D.O.E.)

A leading digital financial services organization is seeking a PMO Risk & Governance Analyst to join the team in Detroit that oversees audit-readiness through compliance and governance alignment. Responsibilities

Maintain and continuously improve application governance documentation and artifacts in Confluence, including operating rhythms, templates, RACI, process flows, decision logs, and knowledge articles.

Own Confluence site administration and content hygiene for application governance and delivery.

Support portfolio execution by tracking milestones, dependencies, risks/issues, approvals, and key dates; elevate blockers and risks with clear context and recommended next steps.

Maintain third‑party relationship trackers and coordinate with internal partners and vendors to meet compliance timelines.

Identify opportunities to streamline and standardize governance and documentation practices, improving consistency, transparency, and audit readiness.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

1–3 years of experience in a PMO, project coordination, governance operations, vendor/risk coordination, or enterprise application support role.

Demonstrated strength in documentation and knowledge management; advanced experience with Confluence (page design, templates, governance repositories, content organization).

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce high-quality meeting minutes and stakeholder‑ready summaries.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage recurring deadlines across multiple workstreams.
